Difficulty Reaching Orgasm
11/9/2009 12:18:47 PM
Dear Patty,

I am hoping you can help me. I am able to reach orgasm when I manually stimulate myself, but when I am intimate with my fiancée, I find that it is difficult for me to reach orgasm. It feels really good, but I cannot seem to reach orgasm. My fiancée thinks he’s doing something wrong and it is causing issues within our relationship. Can you please help me?

Sincerely,
