All products purchased online are shipped discreetly in a plain brown box via UPS from Pure Romance Corporate Office located in Loveland, Ohio. All orders will be processed and shipped with in 24 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1pm est on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Only exceptions to shipping delays are Holidays and inclement weather.
