The warranty is c***. They say they have a warranty, but they do not do anything about a defective product. They answer you back and tell you that. Yes, you're within the warranty. They never send it, they never follow up. They never do anything after that. You're just screwed without money

Not for me. I bought it because of the trends and would not personally recommend it. The silicone is amazing - as with all PR toys. However, WAAAYYY to powerful. No lower settings. I have tried to use it a few times and cannot. Also, not that it matters to me but this is NOT discreet - very noisy. May be good for someone else, but not for me.
