Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped within 4 business days after the order is placed. Typically, orders placed after the 12:00 PM EST deadline will be shipped on the following business day. It's important to note that Pure Romance and our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as business days.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is picked up by the carrier. This includes all Expedited Shipping methods.

To ensure the fastest, most secure delivery, your order may be split into multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number.

Shipments to HI, AK, and APO addresses may take between 2-3 weeks for delivery. Special shipping promotions do not apply to these locations.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re not satisfied until you are! Pure Romance stands behind its products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping. All original parts, cords, controllers, etc., must be included. To be eligible for a merchandise credit, all toys, lingerie, lubricants, and liquid products must remain unopened, and all clothing tags must be intact.

Product Warranty

Pure Romance offers a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original
purchase.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid. 

Return or Exchange:

Pure Romance can only process returns or exchanges for items bought on PureRomance.com. If a purchase was made with a Pure Romance Distributor or any website other than PureRomance.com, the customer should contact the distributor or initiate the return process on that specific website.
