If your package hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't updated, it doesn't necessarily mean your shipment is lost. Carriers may not scan packages at every stop, even while they're moving through the delivery network.
If your package still hasn't arrived 21 days after shipment, the next steps depend on whether you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection.

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection, you can submit a lost-in-transit claim through Seel once 30 days have passed since your order shipped.
In the meantime, we recommend continuing to monitor your tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier for assistance.

If your package hasn't arrived within 21 days of shipment, we recommend submitting a Missing Mail Search with USPS.
If you've already submitted a search and your package still hasn't been located, please contact Customer Support with your order number, USPS search confirmation number, and any findings provided by USPS.

If an item is missing from your order, please report it within 7 business days of delivery through our online claims portal. Eligible claims may receive a replacement or store credit.

Marked delivered, but you cannot find it
Packages often turn up nearby. Check porches, side doors, garages and mail areas, ask household members or neighbors, review your tracking notes, then contact the carrier.

I want to return it
Returning an item
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Lingerie must be unworn with all tags attached.
You will need your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
It stopped working
A possible manufacturing defect
Eligible products include a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects or material issues that affect how the product works.
Taking a product or its accessories apart voids the warranty.
Tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package
A carrier's delivery scan indicates that your package was delivered, but occasionally packages are scanned prematurely or delivered to an unexpected location.
If your package hasn't arrived, follow the steps below. Pure Romance isn't responsible for packages confirmed lost or stolen after delivery. However, we may review unresolved delivery issues for a one-time courtesy resolution at our discretion.

Review your tracking details and allow up to 2 business days after the delivery scan.

30-day return policy
Changed your mind? Eligible unopened and unused Pure Romance products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Opened intimate products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Why opened items can't be returned
Because of the intimate nature of our products, any opened item is considered used. This protects the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers and employees.
You're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend packaging your return securely and using a trackable shipping method. Every return is reviewed when received, before a refund is issued.
