I'm sorry you are having trouble getting the charging pin in. If you are using the charger that came with the product I assure you it should fit. Sometimes it takes just slightly adjusting the angle of the pin and sometimes it requires a little elbow grease to get it completely in. I keep getting emails to provide feedback which I would happily give. Unfortunately I cannot provide feedback as I never received my order. I have reached out to customer service and was told I'm out of luck. I did not purchase the package protection because I was unfamiliar with what that was. I didn't realize that if a package isn't delivered there isn't anything that can be done simply because I didn't pay extra.
It depends on what youre looking for, its honestly way too much for me and husband. I have to put it on the lowest setting and its still too much. Its not even enjoyable.
