I'm sorry you are having trouble getting the charging pin in. If you are using the charger that came with the product I assure you it should fit. Sometimes it takes just slightly adjusting the angle of the pin and sometimes it requires a little elbow grease to get it completely in. The size of the vibrator is perfect and I like the different intensity levels. However, the one flaw is that the intensity levels start at the highest and then go down. I wish it was the opposite, where it starts at the lowest setting and then goes up. Not sure if this is a mistake, but it makes it frustrating to use sometimes.

This has the potential to be the best vibrator but it’s just not. First of all, when you turn it on, it starts at the most intense vibration speed. I’ve never had a vibrator that does that before, and it’s annoying to have to hit the speed button multiple times in order to get it down to a slower speed to start out. I don’t think that I’m alone in wanting to start with a slower speed and work up to a more intense speed, that feels like a pretty common sentiment but maybe I’m wrong. The buttons are also fairly hard to find on the handle, they are so similar in the texture and are almost indistinguishable from the rest of the silicone handle. In order to find them I often have to look at it directly to find and push them.
