Pure Romance offers many promotions and discounts for our customers, including free or discounted items and/or shipping. Offers vary by country and can only be fulfilled by the warehouse within that country. Marketing materials will state the offer, order minimum if applicable, and potentially the timeframe of the offer if not a limited special. Pure Romance reserves the right to discontinue an offer at any time and some offers may only apply while supplies last. Offers are valid on pureromance.com unless otherwise stated. Some offers may require a promo code. If a promo code is required and not applied at checkout, the sale will not be honored. Scents, flavors, colors & product packaging of items may vary, and Pure Romance reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise noted, shipping offers apply to domestic US ground shipping only and are not valid for any expedited shipping methods. Offers cannot be combined. Only valid on pureromance.com purchases. Exclusions may apply. Offers excludes past purchases on pureromance.com. Certain exclusions apply unless purchased during a Live Shopping event.

Any programs, offers, sweepstakes, contests, raffles, surveys or other similar promotions (each, a “Promotion” and, collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Website may also be governed by rules and/or terms that are additional to these Terms of Service. By participating in any Promotion, you will become subject to additional Promotions terms. We urge you to read the applicable Promotions terms, which are either included herein or linked from the particular Promotion, and to review our Privacy Notice which, in addition to these Terms of Service, governs any information you submit in connection with any such Promotions.
