So I ordered this around New years and and I finally got to using it and when I went to it and everything cleaned it and I went to use it and the thrusting action did not work so I ordered a new one through my points and yet that one did not work as well
Hi there! I'm sorry to hear the Deep Desire isn't working as expected. That is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Our customer service team would be happy to provide some troubleshooting tips, including making sure the product is fully charged and that you are holding the bottom button for 3-5 seconds to turn the product on and then single pressing the bottom button to kick on the thrusting and single click the top button to turn on the vibration. We do offer a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects, so definitely want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. 😊
I just recently purchased this and what a game changer so many sensations at once make sure your windows are closed and nobody’s around when you use this. Add it with the pleasure serum and your leg will be twitching love love love would definitely buy this again.

Only worked properly for 2 uses. Now when activating the trusting function the it turns off completely. So only the clit vib works

Won’t hold a charge. I’ve tried a few times and it will turn on for about 5 seconds then dies.

Try plugging the device into a different outlet. The lights on the buttons will blink to indicate it is charging and will remain illuminated when charging is complete. Once fully charged it should run for about 40 minutes on the highest intensity of vibration and thrusting and 1 hr on the lowest intensity. If the problem continues, it is a manufacturer error and we would love to correct it for you. Please contact our customer support team — we're here to help! 😊

It's a little loud. Won't be keeping a secret from anyone what's going on! Wish there were some less thrusting settings and lower vibrations, softer settings too. But the material is nice. Flexibility is OK.
