Won’t hold a charge. I’ve tried a few times and it will turn on for about 5 seconds then dies.

Try plugging the device into a different outlet. The lights on the buttons will blink to indicate it is charging and will remain illuminated when charging is complete. Once fully charged it should run for about 40 minutes on the highest intensity of vibration and thrusting and 1 hr on the lowest intensity. It's a little loud. Won't be keeping a secret from anyone what's going on! Wish there were some less thrusting settings and lower vibrations, softer settings too. But the material is nice. Flexibility is OK.

I would rate it higher but your chargers really leave something to be desired. They fall off too easily and I had to wait days for it to charge properly. I can't have it in a closed drawer to charge the charger is magnetic based and falls off easily. Be aware you will have to have it out in the open to be charged. I miss the old chargers that would stay on.
