I bought this a few years back and OH my god was it amazing. I purchased a new one to have as a spare, and it doesn't even compare to the old one. It looks exactly the same but the vibration power is so weak! The max intensity is like the old ones intensity first setting. I am so disappointed they changed the guts of this device. It looks the same, but it doesn't feel anything like what it used to be!

Almost all of the functions/vibrations are actually worth it! You know-how you usually get 3/10 that actually feel good, like 8/10 feel good on this toy.

Very disappointed when the package showed up it was in a bag and you can see the product. When I bought it it said it would be in a box and so nobody can see what it was

If you received your package differently thank you for bringing it to our attention and please please contact our customer support team so we can help resolve this. We hope that you do love the product though!

I ordered the twilight mood as a replacement for my old unit and I received it and charged it the same day. Went to power it on and nothing happened so I filled for a replacement and I just received the replacement today and again it will not power on or do anything. So I wanted a refund and the only option was for a 3rd unit. So I don't have high hopes
Thank you for your honest feedback. Can you confirm that when the prong charger is inserted the button is displaying a flashing light to show that it is in fact charging. Sometime it takes a little effort to get the prong fully inserted. I did reach out to our customer support team to futher assist, but feel free to reach back out if you need any additional assistance. We definitely dont want to continue to replace a product that is in fact not charging for you. Thank you for being a Pure Romance customer.

This is actually the worst toy I’ve ever used, don’t waste your hard earned money buying this there is way better toys than this because I have another one and the strongest vibration on this toy is still weaker than the lowest vibration on my other one and it was cheaper and better so idk if those reviews are fake saying it’s the best toy but it’s actually the worst if I could give it 0 starts I would
