Does not hold a charge. Hard to charge and the charging contacts are not strong enough to hold the charging cable. This is not worth having. How do I get a refund?

This is perfect when you want to add some light stimulating play.

Very low quality. This vibe is not very strong on the highest setting and the battery doesn’t last more than a few minutes. I do not recommend.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry to hear Classic 5' didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your honesty. If the product is fully charged it should last 45 minutes on the highest intensity and 1 hour on low, so if that's not the case definitely reach out to our customer support team for a replacement. They would also be happy to provide recommendations on more powerful vibes.
