Considering our only frame of reference for this product is from an Austin Powers movie, lol we were pleasantly surprised to find this looks a little nicer. We can't wait to use this, the features are less intimidating than the frame of reference that immediately brings laughter!

Has worked great so far. You definitely need to start slow by using the + feature as opposed to the maximum pressure one, then increase incrementally from there. I have not used the maximum pressure feature much if at all; you can do the same thing with the + button but not all at once. Lube is a must; I made that mistake the first time using it and it's much less comfortable without it. It's been pretty intuitive though overall, and you get the hang of it after a few uses. Lastly, I've gotten great results from doing a max of 15 minutes a day for 5 or 6 days a week (basically taking a day or two off per week).

As many have said the controls are not very clear, seems to only have the ability to minimum level of 20, would be way more effective and less uncomfortable if you could adjust the pressure manually instead of the presets

The unit has plenty of suction to get the job done, however the plus/ minus buttons were a little confusing and seemed interchangeable. I sometimes had an issue with getting a seal using the larger sleeve unless I was already somewhat erect, the smaller sleeve was much too tight. I think it would be helpful to include a small pamphlet with the item offering more info on its use (and or dos and donts ). The small info card that it comes with doesn't go into much detail.

It certainly does what it's meant to do, but the variable controls don't let you set anything below the lowest setting. So if that lowest setting is a little painful, there's not much you can do about it to ease into using the pump without actuating the valve repeatedly (which could burn out the solenoid valve presumably running the valve). The pump can pull a stable vacuum and stop when it reaches the set point as shown by the numbers on the screen, but there is no indication of what the numbers mean or stand for anywhere in the packaging or on the device. Given that the device can easily reach and control for specific set points, it seems easy to adjust the circuitry to simply allow the user to set a specific numerical value (after telling us what that number means) instead. Finally, the magnetic charger is the same that is used on many other products from pure romance, but it can be hard to keep it on the pump given how much larger this device is compared to the other toys and how much leverage you have when simply rotating it. This leads to a very finicky connection.

Overall, I'll still continue finding ways to make use of it, but there are so many simple design choices that could make this such a better experience.
