Attach desired component and use water-based lubricant to slide sleeve over penis. To turn pump on, hold power button for 3 seconds.  

Standard Mode: To turn on suction, press + or – buttons. Use + or – buttons to cycle through suction levels. Suction automatically stops when maximum pressure is achieved. Quick press the power button to turn suction off and/or release pressure. 

Max Mode: To turn on suction, press the suction button. Press the suction button to pause or resume as desired. Suction automatically stops when maximum pressure is achieved. Quick press the power button to turn suction off and/or release pressure. 

To turn pump completely off, hold power button for 3 seconds. 

After 5 minutes of non-use, toy will turn off to preserve power. For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months. 

CARE: Clean sleeve(s) and cylinder interior before and after each use. Ensure all parts fully dry before reassembling and storing.  

To Wash Sleeve: Rinse sleeve with warm water, generously spray with Cleansing Mist, rinse again, and air dry.  

To Clean Cylinder: Wipe cylinder interior/exterior with wet cloth. Spray clean cloth with Cleansing Mist and wipe cylinder. Wipe cylinder with wet cloth again and air dry.

Not good directions on how to use. Not the best purchase

Considering our only frame of reference for this product is from an Austin Powers movie, lol we were pleasantly surprised to find this looks a little nicer. We can't wait to use this, the features are less intimidating than the frame of reference that immediately brings laughter!

Has worked great so far. You definitely need to start slow by using the + feature as opposed to the maximum pressure one, then increase incrementally from there. I have not used the maximum pressure feature much if at all; you can do the same thing with the + button but not all at once. Lube is a must; I made that mistake the first time using it and it's much less comfortable without it. It's been pretty intuitive though overall, and you get the hang of it after a few uses. Lastly, I've gotten great results from doing a max of 15 minutes a day for 5 or 6 days a week (basically taking a day or two off per week).

As many have said the controls are not very clear, seems to only have the ability to minimum level of 20, would be way more effective and less uncomfortable if you could adjust the pressure manually instead of the presets

Needs to come with directions and some sort of band. Nothing to keep the erection.

Thank you for your feedback. The product does come with an insert card with directions in case you may not have seen it when opening the product. We also have additional directions on our website you are more than welcome to check out. I do appreciate the note about the product comes with a cock ring to help maintain the erection longer. We will pass this along to our Product Development team. In the meantime I would recommend checking out our Silicone Penis Ring set. It comes with multiple different silicone ring sizes.

The unit has plenty of suction to get the job done, however the plus/ minus buttons were a little confusing and seemed interchangeable. I sometimes had an issue with getting a seal using the larger sleeve unless I was already somewhat erect, the smaller sleeve was much too tight. I think it would be helpful to include a small pamphlet with the item offering more info on its use (and or dos and donts ). The small info card that it comes with doesn't go into much detail.

It certainly does what it's meant to do, but the variable controls don't let you set anything below the lowest setting. So if that lowest setting is a little painful, there's not much you can do about it to ease into using the pump without actuating the valve repeatedly (which could burn out the solenoid valve presumably running the valve). The pump can pull a stable vacuum and stop when it reaches the set point as shown by the numbers on the screen, but there is no indication of what the numbers mean or stand for anywhere in the packaging or on the device. Given that the device can easily reach and control for specific set points, it seems easy to adjust the circuitry to simply allow the user to set a specific numerical value (after telling us what that number means) instead. Finally, the magnetic charger is the same that is used on many other products from pure romance, but it can be hard to keep it on the pump given how much larger this device is compared to the other toys and how much leverage you have when simply rotating it. This leads to a very finicky connection.

Overall, I'll still continue finding ways to make use of it, but there are so many simple design choices that could make this such a better experience.
