It's a good toy. It definitely gets the job done and the packaging is super discreet and "clean" if you compare to other places' toys. Love it!

This is way too tight of a fit and too round for my hand, making it hard to use. My hand does a better job, so it’s not giving me any benefit. Bummer!!

Thanks for sharing your feedback on the Self Service! A few tips that may improve your experience is ensuring you are using a creamy lubricant, like Whipped, but also try removing the sleeve from the case. The case is a nice addition and great for discreet storage and travel, but you can absolute use the stretch TPE sleeve by itself. We also offer other masutbators, so if you'd like more personal recommendations please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team or join us for Live Shopping for tips, demos, and exclusive deals.

My member doesn't fit inside. I'm a little larger than average, but should be able to fit. So I can't use the device.

Couple options for a better experience, but definitely try using our whipped creamy lubricant to help with optimal glide. The case is a nice feature, but you can remove the sleeve and use it without the case. The sleeve itself stretches very well. I've personally stretched it over one of my live shopping co-hosts hands to demonstrate how well it can stretch, so you should be good to go there! Thank you for your review!

I gave it a 3 for because in spite of everything, I still was able to finish. But for the guys who have more girth and length than normal. This is not for us. Very uncomfortable. And this is with lots of lube. Save your money.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Self Service! 😊 We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind for future improvements. If it would improve your experience you are welcome to remove the sleeve from the case and use it by itself. Its flexible, so you are able to apply pressure and control the suction intensity. If you need something more suited to your needs, feel free to reach out!

Absolutely love the design, its not like any other product on the market we have tried before. This product has well exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend. I love how you can control the suction of each stroke with ur fingertip and has a extreme amount of suction and will send him over the edge in seconds. I love using on him during foreplay, Love that he can also use easily himself in his downtime and accomplish climax time and time again!.

Thank you for sharing your experience! 🔥 We LOVE that Self Service exceeded your expectations and has become such a fun addition to foreplay and solo play!

Hard to use and get a good grip on. Much prefer the old basic masturbation sleeve.

Thank you for your honest feedback on Self Service. We understand grip and ease of use are important, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Our customer support team would be happy to help suggest alternatives you may prefer. Thanks for being a Pure Romance customer!

Better than other products with only silicone which is too floppy. This plastic shell allows more control.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Self Service! ✨ We’re glad the design and control worked well for you. Thanks for being a Pure Romance customer—we appreciate your feedback!

if u have a big dick don’t buy it won’t fit

Thank you for your review. We highly recommend user proper lubrication, like Whipped, for a more comfortable fit. Without lubrication it may appear to not fit in the sleeve. You are also more than welcome to remove the sleeve from the case and use separately. It's incredibly stretchy and is sure to give you a better experience. Thank you for shopping Pure Romance and feel free to reach out to our customer support team for additional assistance. https://pureromance.com/pages/support?hcUrl=%2Fen-US

My husband says this is no where near as good as the original LIPS that we purchased from Pure Romance many many years ago. He says it just doesn't feel as good. Very disappointing.

Thank you for your honest review. We’re sorry to hear the newer product didn’t compare to what you previously enjoyed. We know how disappointing that can be. Please reach out to our team — we’d love the opportunity to help or make this right.
