HOW TO MEASURE

Grab a soft measuring tape

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Between sizes?
Go with the size that fits your largest measurement for the most comfortable fit.

I’m between sizes. Which should I choose?

Go with the size that fits your largest measurement. If you’re between two sizes, sizing up usually gives a more comfortable fit, especially in robes, panties, and sets.

What do S/M, M/L, 1X/2X, and 3X/4X mean?

These styles are cut to fit across two sizes. For example, Endless Seduction comes in 1X/2X and 3X/4X. Use the Two-Size Fit rows in the chart to check your measurements.

What do OS and OSQ mean?

OS means One Size and OSQ means One Size Queen. These stretchy styles are designed to fit a wide range of measurements, so check the One Size rows in the chart.

Do plus sizes fit differently?

Many of our styles are adjusted in plus sizes for extra support. For example, Twice As Nice features thicker bra straps in 1X–3X. Check the Features section on each product for details.

Can I return lingerie?

Yes. Lingerie can be returned within 30 days of purchase if it’s unworn, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached. You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. See our Shipping & Returns policy.

Can I exchange for a different size?

How should I care for my lingerie?

Hand wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent. Don’t bleach, wring, twist, or iron. Lay flat to dry. Always check the care instructions on each product.

Will my order ship discreetly?

Always. Orders ship in a plain brown box or padded mailer with nothing on the outside about what’s inside, and the sender is listed as “PR, LLC.”
