Does what it says it does! I have a firm policy about not wearing this when I'm in a bad mood, don't want to talk to anyone, or am in a hurry. Because without fail, when I wear this out, someone will stop to talk to me, hit on me, or (this was a new one that happened the other day) wash my windows at the gas station and then proceed to pay for a car wash "just because a pretty girl deserves a pretty car". Fair warning...
