The vibe itself is fine, but I kind of wish we had just gotten the remote. The app loses device connection every 30 seconds. We tried 2 phones and a tablet with the same results. Kills the mood.

Fully charged only lasted for a few minutes was hoping it was a fluke recharged still only lasted for a few mins was super disappointed!

When the product is plugged it the light on the button will flash to indicate it is charging and then remain illuminated when fully charged. If the product is fully charged and stops working after being on for only a few minutes it is defective. love the product, hate the packaging. not sure when PR switched to plastic bags but this one didn't even have a resealable bag option. seems like quality is taking a backseat to the customer experience. at this price point i feel like it should have a cleaner way to store.

How do you charge this thing?
Butterfly Effect has a small hole on the backside near the DC marking. The charnging prong should be inserted into that small hole. A light will start flashing to indicate that it is charging. Feel free to reach out ot our customer support team if you have any additional questions.
