Cute wings get in the way, and it looses connection when I as much as move an inch in the wrong direction. The only good thing about this one is that I bought it on clearance. I am annoyed that it doesn’t do anything, but I would be livid if I paid the full price.

If I could give zero stars I would. No matter what we did, it would not connect over any distances. It’s awful that I spent this money for a faulty product and no refund.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry to hear On The Fly did not perform as expected and appreciate you sharing your experience. The bluetooth feature on this product will only connect to a nearby phone. If you are wanting to use the long distance feature you will want to use the remote mode and create the remote chat room. I've attached the link to our itoys app user manual, which gives detailed steps and troubleshooting techniques on how to connect to your product. If you are still experiencing difficult definitely reach out to our customer support team and they'd be happy to help! https://pureromance.com/pages/itoys-app-user-manual
